I already have Premium, so why do I need to upgrade my plan?

With your current (Legacy) Premium account, you can create an unlimited number of personalized short video messages for free, including:

• Happy Birthday
• I've Received Your Letter
• You Were Naughty or Nice

The "Visit the North Pole" video is not automatically included in the Legacy Premium plan. As of October 2024, we introduced new Premium+ plans that include this video as part of the Premium experience.

As a valued Premium user, if you currently have the Legacy Premium subscription plan*, you can easily upgrade for a lower fee than for new users. Use the button "Upgrade my plan" on the "Visit the North Pole" screen.

How does it work with Apple:

When you upgrade to the Premium+ plan, the new plan takes effect immediately and is valid for a full year from the upgrade date. You’ll be charged the discounted price for the new yearly plan, and any unused portion of your previous Legacy plan will be refunded or credited to your account.

How does it work with Google Play:

When you upgrade to the Premium+ plan, the new plan takes effect immediately, but the subscription duration remains unchanged—it will still end on the original renewal date. You’ll be charged only the price difference for the remaining time in your current subscription period.
