If you've requested a name recording for one of your recipients, here's how you can check if the recording has been added:
- Go to "Get a Call"
- Tap the button below "SELECT UP TO 8 RECIPIENTS:"
- Locate your child's name in the list, and tap the circle (with the pencil on it) on the right side
- The current status of your recording request is immediately refreshed
- If the recording is ready, there will be a button saying "Available, tap to preview".
- Tap on the button to ensure that the pronunciation is correct. If it isn't, use the Help Center button to contact us.
We also recommend to enable Notifications in your Account settings. We will then send you an alert when the status of your requested name has changed.
