Affects app version 2.3.1 on iOS and Android.
Due to a technical error, in some cases the first name is not pronounced during the call.
We're doing our best to resolve this as soon as possible in a next app update.
In the meantime, please try the following:
- Go to "Get a Call"
- Go to the recipient list
- For each recipient of the call, tap the Edit button (the circle with a pencil) and preview the name pronouncation.
- Having done that, you should now be able to get a call during which Santa pronounces the names. We recommend to first test the call yourself, before letting a child answer the call.
