The app tells me it doesn't have microphone permission

 

Apple / iOS

Turn Permissions On or Off for Installed Apps:

- go to your device's settings

- look up Message from Santa in the list of apps and tap on it

- enable Microphone access by turning the toggle On or Off 

- restart the app if needed

Android

Turn Permissions On or Off for Installed Apps:

1. From your Home screen, navigate: Apps  > Settings > Applications.
2. Tap the appropriate app.
3. If available, tap Permissions.
4. Tap any of the available permissions (e.g., Camera, Contacts, Location, etc.) to turn On or Off
