I've forgotten my password

If you're using "e-mail and password" to sign in in the app, and you've lost your password, you should request a link to reset it.

You can reset your password by following these steps:

- open the app, tap on the My Account button

- tap "Sign in using e-mail and password"

- enter your e-mail address

- tap the "I've forgotten my password" button in the bottom of the screen

- you will now receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. Open the link within 24 hours of receiving the e-mail.

- you can now set a new password for your account
